农村土地股份合作社：运行特征、现实困境和出路选择——以苏南上林村为个案

研究目的：分析农村土地股份合作社的产生背景、运行特征、现实困境，提出相应的对策出路。研究方法：个案分析法。研究结果：通过对江苏苏南地区上林村土地股份合作社的个案分析，指出该合作社产生于特定的社会经济背景条件下，在产权结构、股权设置及收益分配等方面具有某些典型的运行特征，但现实中合作社面临政社不分、股份集中度低、股权封闭性强、入股要素及其用途单一、收益分配制度尚待完善等诸多困境。研究结论：土地股份合作社的发展出路在于政社分开，明晰产权，完善股权流动机制，健全激励和监督机制，完善收益分配制度，加强立法建设。

Rural Land Stock Cooperatives: Running Characteristic|Real Dilemma and Choice: A Case of Shanglin Village in Southern Jiangsu Province

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the background, running characteristics and real dilemmas of rural land stock-cooperative and bring forward corresponding countermeasures. Method of case analysis was employed. Through case analysis on the Shanglin village’s rural land stock-cooperative in Southern Jiangsu Province, the paper points out that as the cooperatives were produced in the specific social and economic background, they have some typical characteristics like the structure of property rights, the design of share right and the income allocation mechanism. In reality, Shanglin village rural land stock-cooperative is facing problems as confusion of the politics and the cooperative, low concentration of shares, seriously closed shares right, single share-entering factor and purpose, imperfection of income allocation and many other difficulties, however. It is concluded that the best choice for the development of the land stock-cooperative is to separate the politics from cooperative, definite the property rights, improve the mechanism of equity flows, perfect the incentive and monitoring mechanism, perfect the income allocation system, and strengthen the legislative building.
