| 摘 要： | 通过对相关理论的回顾,构建了本科物流管理专业人才胜任力评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对其进行评价。通过具体实例,说明评价模型的科学性,有助于解决高校本科物流管理专业人才培养模式与企业需求严重脱节的问题。

| Abstract: | Through reviewing relevant literatures,we established the evaluation index system of the competence of logistics management professions with college education and applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the process.On the basis of an empirical example,we demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the mothod in solving problems such as disconnect between college logistics management talent training mode and practical enterprise demand. |
