| 摘 要： | 通过对产学研结合与创新型人才培养的分析,结合物流管理专业的自身特点,指出产学研有机结合的关键点,并提出产学研结合培养物流创新型人才的具体路径。

| Abstract: | In this paper,through analyzing the inoculation of production,education and research and the training of innovative talent,and in view of the characteristics of the logistics management major,we pointed out the key points for the organic inoculation of production,education and research and proposed the specific route for the training of innovative logistics talents through the inoculation of the three. |
