| 摘 要： | 以结果为导向,建立商贸物流服务水平评价方法。通过引入模糊综合评价法对商贸企业物流服务水平进行评价,使企业对自身的商贸物流服务水平有更好的认识;通过引入数据包络分析方法对商贸物流服务的投入产出进行分析,可以促进投入的效率化。
