| 摘 要： | 针对我国现代物流人才匮乏的现实,为了提高学生实践动手能力,按照"工学结合"的人才培养模式,通过采用项目教学法,结合物流企业工作环节现状,从设计项目开始到完成项目都让学生参与其中,使学生在学习过程中达到掌握岗位技能、提高职业能力等目标,从而培养现代物流人才,提高物流人才素质与知识结构。
