| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyzed in detail the two effects of the significant changes caused by SCM in the internal management of chain enterprises as well as the positive role played by SCM in building competitive advantage by these enterprises,on the basis of which we put forward two strategies for promoting the implementation of SCM by the chain enterprises in China. |
