| 摘 要： | 利用1995-2005年的季度时间序列数据对外商直接投资（FDI）、国内投资与中国经济增长的关系进行实证分析，结果表明，外商直接投资和国内投资都促进了我国的经济增长，国内投资对经济增长波动的影响要大于外商直接投资的影响；外商直接投资对国内投资存在“挤出”效应。
