| 摘 要： | 中国社会正经历一场前所未有的社会转型,人口流动变得空前频繁,大量外来流动人口涌入城市,引发了流动人口犯罪问题。流动人口犯罪的成因主要在于:流动人口社会地位的二元分割;文化冲突的刺激;相对剥夺感的体验;社会控制体系弱化等方面。

Sociological Ponderations on the Crimes of the Shifting Population in the Transformation |

| Abstract: | Our society is experiencing unprecdented transformation, which results in frequent shifting population. With more and more people pouring into cities, problems arise that more crimes committed by them. The fol-lowings are the main reasons: the dual division of the social position of the shifting population, the stimulation of the cultural conflict, the sense of relatively deprival and the weakening of the social control system. |
