| Abstract: | The improvement of employment quality of farmer laborers plays a key role in enhancing economic development and constructing a harmonious society.The government can take measures to improve it from these aspects:the idea of people-oriented,farmers' vocational training,the construction of social safeguard,social duties,governmental supervision and the elimination of the prejudice against farmers. |
