| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是地方高校培养高素质应用型人才的主要平台,其具有地方性、多主体性、扩散性、多流性等特点.在分析地方高校产学研合作项目绩效影响因素的基础上,基于高校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务的三大职能,建立了由4个二级指标和17个三级指标构成的地方高校产学研合作项目绩效评价指标体系.

| Abstract: | Cooperation is the main platform for training high-quality applied talents in local colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the performance of cooperation projects, and with a view to university＇s three functions of personnel training, scientific research, social service, this paper puts forward an evaluation index system of performance with 4 two level indexes and 17 three level indexes. |
