| 摘 要： | 如何促进和谐校园建设的问题是高校的重要命题之一,营造和谐校园也是高校工会的主要目标和任务.如何在高校中开展文体活动,关心教职工身心健康,进而营造和谐校园,是高校工会眼下的关注点.以浙江工商职业技术学院作为案例进行研究,可以得出结论：形式多样、健康向上的文体活动不仅能提高教职工的身体素质,而且还能促进和谐校园建设的研究结论.

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on how colleges promote the construction of harmonious campus, which is an object and task of college labor union. College labor union stresses the importance of recreational and sports activities, physical and psychological health of college faculty and harmonious campus. A variety of healthy and positive recreational and sports activities can not only improve the health condition of faculty, but also promote the construction of harmonious campus. |
