| Abstract: | Based on the research of Vocational College Graduates＇ job adaptability in Ningbo, this essay intends to analyze the main reasons and problems of students＇ job hunting and brings out different methods of solving these obstacles, such as the reform of education and teaching, innovative curriculum design, improvement of teaching skills, innovation of enrollment system, development of supporting policies, and construction of training center. |
