摘    要:在深入调研宁波高职院校毕业生就职岗位适应性状况的基础上,分析高职毕业生就职中存在的主要问题及原因,提出从改革教育教学、创新课程设计、改进教学模式、增强师资技能、革新招生制度、制定配套政策和加强实训基地建设等方面入手,切实增强高职院校毕业生的就职岗位适应性.

Abstract:Based on the research of Vocational College Graduates' job adaptability in Ningbo, this essay intends to analyze the main reasons and problems of students' job hunting and brings out different methods of solving these obstacles, such as the reform of education and teaching, innovative curriculum design, improvement of teaching skills, innovation of enrollment system, development of supporting policies, and construction of training center.
