| 摘 要： | 要在市场经济条件下发展循环经济，就必须保证循环过程中的价值链不会发生断裂，而诚信体系的缺失将会从多方面造成价值链的中断。本文分析了诚信体系缺失使循环价值链发生中断的途径、导致诚信体系缺失的原因和条件，并通过博弈模型的构建，论证了完善监管体系对于诚信体系建设、循环经济发展的重要意义，最后在模型结论的基础上提出了搞好诚信体系建设、发展循环经济的对策。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the market economy, circular economy should bc established on the basis of circular value chain, while the lack of credit system can break off this chain through many ways and so can weaken the basis of circular economy. This article analyzed these ways and the conditions and reason of the lack of credit system, and then constructed a model of game theory to illustrate the significance of supervision regime on the market in the process of establishment of credit system and development of circular economy. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward on the basis of model. |
