| 摘 要： | 资本、劳动力、技术进步是经济增长的三个主要因素。在进行宏观经济增长目标制定和调控过程中,对潜在经济增长率的测算十分有意义。文章根据杭州市经济统计数据和国内外经济环境,运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数测算出杭州"十一五"期间的潜在经济增长率。
