| 摘 要： | 分析了我国当前宏观经济运行的突出特点，论述了实施积极财政政策的政策效力和积极意义，并对积极财政政策是否淡出提出了新的见解，认为国有企业改革必须要有大的起色，缓解社会保障的矛盾要有所突破，以保证宏观经济平衡运行、经济增长良性循环。

| Abstract: | This paper provides an analysis on the characteristics of the current macroeconomic policy in China.It discusses the effectiveness and significance of present fiscal policy.It also provides the author's point of view on whether or not the fiscal policy should be gradually terminated.The author maintains that,to ensure a steady move of the macro-economy and thus a healthy growth of the Chinese economy,it is required to speed up the state-owned enterprise reform process and to calm down the conflicts originated in the social security system. |
