我国农村劳动力转移带来的消极影响分析

改革开放以来，大量的农村劳动力向城镇转移。农村劳动力的转移不但使农民的经济压力在一定的程度上得到了缓解，而且，还在一定程度上促进了国家经济的增长以及人力资本的积蓄，也为传播先进的城市文明和先进文化提供了一个较为有效的渠道。文章认为，农村劳动力转移对输出地和输入地的社会经济也带来了诸多消极影响，如：阻碍“三农”问题的解决、给城市就业带来更大压力、干扰正常生产秩序、抑制产业结构升级等。从长远来看，如果我们不正视这些不利的影响就不能真正落实统筹城乡发展和推进社会主义新农村建设的任务，更不能实现中共十七大提出的“推动科学发展，促进社会和谐”的目标。
