科技应用问题的与境研究

科技应用问题已是老生常谈,但是目前这一情势还在加剧,科技应用的不合理性所造成的危害依然屡见不鲜。其中,农药应用问题就是多年来持续存在且一直较严重的,近年来已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注,国家也对原有法规进行修订并出台了新的治理政策。然而,科技的应用具有很强的与境性,只有深入挖掘出具体社会与境下多元复杂因素的博弈关系及其运作机制,才可能提出有效的对策。因此,本文以内蒙古某县为例,基于STS理念,运用人类学的田野调查方法对农药应用的具体社会＂与境＂（context）进行了微观调研,分析不合理应用的复杂因素。

A Study of the Context of Science and Technology Application

The problem of science and technology application has been discussed for a long time.However,there still exist harms caused by it.Among them,the problems existed in farm chemical application has always been serious for many years,which has drawn wide attentions from all levels of the society.The government has revised the old regulations and new governance policies.Due to the strong context nature of science and technology application,only by finding out the game relationships of multiple complicated factors under specific social context,can we put forward effective countermeasures.Therefore,by using a county of Inner Mongolia as an example,based on STS concept,this paper carries out a microscopic investigation of the specific context of farm chemical application with the method of fieldwork,analyzes the complicated factors of irrational application.
