| Abstract: | This paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the present situation as well as internal and external environment of logistics management in highway Construction enterprises in Chongqing. This paper also proposes the chances and challenges in this domain which influence highway construction enterprises. Furthermore, some suggestions are put forward on how to promote logistics management of highway construction enterprises. |
