The UK current economic difficulties and its recovering prospects

This paper analyzes the difficulties the UK economy is facing in view of its GDP growth, percentage of sovereign debts, banking industry risks and adjustment of the real estate market. It points out that the UK economic recovery requires changing its overdependence on financial industry development, and actively adjusting the economic structure while carefully balancing the relationship between easy monetary policy and inflation, and between fiscal restraint and economic growth. The prospects for economic recovery in the UK are still uncertain, but considering the totally different monetary systems of the GBP and EUR, and the subtle alliance between the UK and the US, there is not much fear about the UK becoming the next Greece.
