| 摘 要： | 中国外经外贸成绩喜人,但问题多多,走的是一条高投入-高消耗-高污染-低产业-低效益粗放式循环的不科学发展之路。只有以制度建设为中心,对外经贸进行结构调整,才能避免其贫困化增长,“中国制造”才真正跃升为“中国创造”。

| Abstract: | China has made satisfactory achievement in foreign trade. But there are also many problems, which mainly result from the crude, low cycle and unscientific development mode of high input-high consumption-high pollution-low industries-low profits. We shall conduct structural adjustment to foreign trade centering on system construction so that impoverished increase can be avoided and "Made in China" can really be upgraded into "Creation in China." |
