| Abstract: | Intellectual property and innovation are of importance to New Economy. This paper analyzes the substances and characteristics of the exclusive right with property right theories of New System Economics. The author discusses the situation of intellectual property and answers how to industrialize intellectual property in our country with contract theories. |
