| 摘 要： | 本文在全面介绍印度对华反倾销调查的案件数量、涉案产品类别、我国企业应诉情况、案件最终裁决情况以及印度对华反倾销中有关非市场经济问题的规定的基础上，分析和总结了印度对华反倾销案件所具有的若干特点，特别是其中与WTO规则不相符合的某些具体做法，以期为我国企业今后应诉印度反倾销提供借鉴，为政府部门和相关研究机构研究应对策略提供参考。

| Abstract: | India has instituted the most anti-dumping investigation to Chinese goods in the Asia-Pacific Area.India's anti-dumping investigation has made great influence for our export.This paper studies the amount,product type,respondence and finding of Indian Anti-dumping investigation.It analyses some characteristic of these case,especially some practices inconsistently with its obligations under WTO rules.The author hope this paper can help for Chinese enterprise to deal with Indian Anti-dumping investigation. |
