The Confrontational Performance and Solution of Public Policy in Local Government

After the public policy becomes legalized, it goes into the process of implementation. The implementation of public policy is the intermediate and key link in the process, which is also the ruler to examine whether the policy is scientific or not. This article analyzes the causes of confrontational performance in implementing the government policy, in view of our country＇s own conditions. The paper focuses on how to recall the public spirit, integrate the demands and control the discretionary power legitimately. Some solutions are provided in order to improve the government＇s executive ability.
