| 摘 要： | 标准的版权问题正受到越来越多的关注,文章列举和分析了我国目前与标准版权相关的法律法规,对标准版权归属问题进行了探讨,提出了我国标准版权政策的修改意见。

This paper illustrates and analyses the laws and regulations which relate to copyright of standards in our country, discusses the attribution of copyright of standards, and puts forward several opinions to amend the copyright policies of standards. |
