| 摘 要： | 对供应商信用等级进行正确评价是实现优化选择供应商合作伙伴的关键 ,同时也对提升整个SC的竞争力有着极其重要的作用。本文提出一个供应商信用等级分析指标体系 ,构建了一个基于灰色系统理论的灰色关联模型。该指标和模型较好地解决了对供应商信用等级分析中所遇到的信息不完全、评价指标较多、部分指标之间存在相关或重复等复杂多因素综合决策问题 ,并给出应用实例

| Abstract: | How to correctly select an agile, competitive and compatible supply partner in supply chain (SC) is a key problem. In order to evaluate the credit level of suppliers properly,a new analysis index system is put forward, and a judging method of Grey Correlation Modelis given in this paper. These index and model can successfully solve the complex integrated problems such as incomplete information, numerous indexes and correlations among them.Finally an applied case is presented. |
