| 摘 要： | 股权结构对公司治理有着深刻的影响，它是决定公司治理机制有效性的最重要的因素。我国上市公司的股权结构有其显著的特点，这些特点对我国上市公司的治理机制有着重要而深刻的影响。本文从这两个方面人手进行分析和研究，提出了完善我国上市公司股权治理结构的政策和建议。
