虚拟组织中人员角色转变研究

摘    要:随着现代科技的发展,组织面临的内外部环境发生了巨大变化,现代组织逐渐认识到,必须依据外部环境及内部条件适时调整目标与结构,即实施组织变革,以保证组织的效率和活力,虚拟组织正成为许多传统组织变革的趋势之一。通过对虚拟组织文献的简要回顾,本文分析了虚拟组织的4个基本特性,并对稳定型虚拟组织和动态型虚拟组织进行了比较分析,还探讨在传统组织变革成虚拟组织的过程中,组织管理者及员工的角色转变。

Abstract:With the development of modern science and technology, the enormous change has taken place in the internal and external environment that the organization faced, the modern organization realizes gradually it should adjust its goal and structure appropriately according to the external environment and internal condition, namely implement the organizational change, so as to ensure the efficiency and vigor of organization; the virtual organization (VO) becomes one of directions of a lot of traditional organizational change. Through briefly reviewing the literatures of VO, this paper has analyzed four basic characteristics of VO, and to compare and analyze the stabilize type and the dynamic type of VO, then from the point of organizational change to discuss the change of the roles of the administrators and the staff in the process that the traditional organization is changed into the virtual organization.
