| 摘 要： | 由于建设项目存在不确定因素，因此需要进行风险预备费的估算，本文根据国外和香港的一些文献资料介绍了风险分析估算法（ERA），它是一种根据项目进程，随着风险的逐步明朗化来具体识别项目不确定因素并结算风险费用的有效方法，对公共设施建设项目成功运用ERA法能够防止过度考虑风险和过高估算风险预备费。 |

| Abstract: | By reason of uncertainties associated with a construction project,a contingency allowance estimate was required.Estimating using risk analysis (ERA) is a methodology that can be used to substantiate the contingency by identifying uncertainties and estimating their financial implications with the progress step of a project.It indicates successful use of the ERA method for public works projects to reduce unnecessary and exaggerated allowance for risk. |
