| Abstract: | The strategy of the industry nurturing to the agricultural has already placed on all levels of governments table-top,but the effect that the strategy is carried out is very bad.This article with emphasis analyzes the strategy from the aspect of strategic characteristic,overall mentality and target system,and so on,and proposes to fourl goals which are the primary,intermediate,high and the final level for the strategy of the industry nurturing to the agricultural. |
