Harmonious culture is the spiritual home of a harmonious society having guiding and supporting role.Building harmonious community relations is the essential requirement of the fundamental purpose of our party to public security work,the fundamental guarantee of social stability under the new situation.Only if harmonious culture is applied to community relation building,police force building will be strengthened,the distance between the police and the people will be shortened and the affinity and the cohesion of police team will be enhanced.
