| 摘 要： | 在对“企业家”相关理论综述的基础上，用随机抽样和典型调查的方法，调查了中小企业比较发达的浙江省中为数众多的中小企业，根据调查的情况，分析目前在企业家队伍中存在的主要问题，并提出了一些对策。
