| 摘 要： | 市场的政府规制主要是通过立法程序,颁布关于证券及证券交易的法律,作为证券交易行为的准则和管理监督的依据.香港和内地证券市场有着很大的差异,政府对证券市场的规制也有很大的分别,比较两地证券市场的规制,有很大的现实意义.

| Abstract: | The government regulation of the market is mainly by means of legislation to issue the law upon securities and the securities markets and is taken as the standard of exchange behavior and the basis of management monitoring.There exists a great difference between island and Hongkong securities markets and also a great difference of government regulation upon the securities markets.It's of significance to make a comparison of the regulation upon securities markets between the two places. |
