Management and Innovation of Family Business of Inter-generational Inheritance from the Perspective of Tacit Knowledge

Inter-generational inheritance means not only the inheritance of the material capital ownership and administrative control power, but also the inheritance of human capital, social capital and cultural capital, especially the inheritance of tacit knowledge, which includes skills, knacks, and practices that are difficult to explain by words. This paper studies the inheritance of tacit knowledge in family businesses, and explores ways to improve the core competitiveness of family business and entrepreneurs by sharing and innovating, so as to make the family business lasting and prosperous.
