| 摘 要： | 针对多部件复杂系统维修工作的特点,对系统的功能检测工作采用组合策略进行综合优化。在分析复杂系统维修费用组成和结构的基础上,建立了其有限使用期条件下的数学模型,从而获得系统最佳的功能检测间隔期和最优总费用。最后通过一个算例验证了该策略和模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | For the optimization of complex system preventive tasks,the group maintenance strategy is adopted for functional checks.Based on the analysis of complex system maintenance cost composition and structure,a mathematical model is established for maintenance cost in finite span.And the optimal interval for system functional check and the most economical cost are obtained.Finally,an example is illustrated to prove the validity of the strategy and model. |
