| Abstract: | A new policy is carried out that foreign financial institutions in China that are engaged in a comprehensive RMB business should be legal entity registered agencies. The thesis reveals the real meaning of this national policy, which promotes financial industrial structure excellent, but also reduces the creation of disadvantageous factor, stabilizes national financial situation, attains the intention of positive development. |
