| 摘 要： | 房地产行业是一个资金密集型行业,需要庞大的资金支持,从资金的角度考虑,大多数房地产企业都选择了进行专业化经营。然而,当房地产业发展成熟以后,为了追求范围经济效应,取得更多的收益,房地产企业会通过实施多元化经营,调整产品结构,保证企业的可持续发展。
