| 摘 要： | 在依法执政的前提下,各级党的领导仍然要树立领导权威,将客观的＂法＂与主观的＂权威＂有机结合。在运用领导权威时,要以法律和制度为基础,坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合,坚持职务权威和信任权威的统一。

| Abstract: | On the premise of law-based administration,the party＇s leaders at various levers still should establish leadership authority and organicly combine the objective＂law＂and the subjective＂authority＂.When the leadership authority are put into practice,it should be based on law and regulatiogns to govern the country with law and moral and adhere to the unity of post authority and trust authority. |
