| 摘 要： | 在市场经济体制下,必须实现地勘投资主体多元化,包括政府投资主体和非政府投资主体。政府投资主体主要承担市场机制难以发挥作用的投资项目,如基础性、公益性的地质勘查项目;非政府投资主体主要受市场机制调节,按利润最大化原则选择投资项目。

| Abstract: | Under the system of market economy,multiplication of the investment bodies of the geological inspectation should be realized, included with the investment body of the government and that of non-government. The investment body of the government is mainly responsible for the investment projects in which market me chanism can hardly play its role, such as foundmental and public geological inspectating projects, on the other hand, non-government investment bodies are mainly under the adjustment of the market mechanism and chooses the investment project on the basis of the maximum of benifit. |
