| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展,社会、经济、技术诸多方面发生了巨大变化.特别是信息技术自身的虚拟性、扩展性、复杂性及隐蔽性,给保护企业商业秘密带来了许多新的课题.文章研究了信息技术时代侵犯企业商业秘密的诸多新问题,并在此基础上提出保护商业秘密的相应措施.
