摘    要:通过有针对性的调研,反映面向东盟的北部湾企业对会计人才需求的情况及现状。进一步探明广西会计人才培养目标和人才规格的定位。充分利用现有教育资源,寻求适合广西会计人才需求的教学模式,鼓励学生参与社会实践并提高实践水平,强化专业技能和职业技能训练,以培养社会所需的会计人才。

Perfacting the Accountant Talents Foster Mode in Keeping up with the Development of the Society —— Taking the Example by the ASEAN- Countries-Oriented Businesses in Beibu Gulf

Abstract:Based on the targeted research, the article reflects the situation and status quo about the needs of accountant talents aiming for the ASEAN-countries enterprises in Beibu Gulf, and explores the clear position of accountant talents forster mode goal and talent standard.As part of the effort to foster a strong talent pool of accounts, we must make full use of the existing educational resources, find the right way accommodating the needs of Guangxi, encourage the students to take part in the social practice and raise the practice level, strengthen professional skill development and train.
