| Abstract: | In this paper, the author gave a classified statistic to general situation of Hunan Province S&T plan projects declaring and accepting in 2006. According to the characteristics of the projects declaring and comparing the situation from 2004 to 2006, pointed out the problems that existed in the projects declaring and gave some suggestions. |
