| 摘 要： | 为了探讨提高农村工业化和农村城镇化政策效果的途径，本研究按照系统自组织理论，采取村镇企业家问卷调查和访谈，对我国企业家行为、企业迁移与产业集群之间的联系进行了研究。调查结果表明：企业家的企业选址和企业迁移行动是一个理性行为；企业家的知识、信息、经验、预期是影响迁移决策的重要变量；企业家拥有企业产权和控制权，企业家对产业集群收益预期和对迁移成本的预期高低是决定企业迁移的自组织触发点和产业集群系统形成的阀值。根据调查结果提出了农村城镇化政策思路。

| Abstract: | The paper research on migration of village-town enterprises and probing relation among entrepreneur' behavior, migration of village-town enterprise and industrial cluster, based entrepreneurs'self-organization,by investigating entrepreneurs. Investigations indicate below:Entrepreneur' selection address and migration of his enterprise are rational actions;A entrepreneur' knowledge, experience, information and expect are important variables affecting his migration decision;The property rights and control rights owned by entrepreneur;His expects of income of industrial cluster and migration cost are triggers of self-organizing migration and valve value of the cluster system. According to the investigation results put forword in the rural urbanization policy thinking. |
