温州传统外贸企业产业升级途径研究——以温州鞋业为例

温州传统外贸企业的出口产品仍集中在低附加值、品牌价值缺失的劳动密集型行业，温州的制鞋业在这方面显得尤为突出。如何从以代工生产（OEM）为主的低端层次跨越到以标准制定、全球营销、品牌管理为代表的高端层次是摆在温州鞋业产业升级中所必须解决的问题。文章在分析温州制鞋产业现状的基础上，指出创新是温州鞋业产业升级的必由之路.

A Study on Ways to Upgrade Industries for Wenzhou Traditional Foreign Trade Enterprises ----Taking an Example of Wenzhou Footwear Industry

Many export products in Wenzhou traditional foreign trade are still produced by trades with a concentration of manpower with low added value and lacking of brand value, especially, the footwear manufacturing in Wenzhou. It is necessary for Wenzhou footwear industry to transform from the low end business, mostly OEM, to the high end business represented by standard-making, international marketing and brand management. Based on the analysis of status quo of Wen- zhou footwear indusrty, the article points out the fact that innovation is an inevitable road for it to upgrade the industry.
