| 摘 要： | 运用作者共被引分析方法,以Web of Science数据库中1997年以来即兴研究相关文献中的被引文献为基础,提取文献被引频次前21名的学者构建共被引次数矩阵和皮尔逊相关系数矩阵,并对矩阵进行多元统计分析和社会网络分析。结果表明:即兴研究在发展中形成了3个学派,即组织、战略与创新学派,组织隐喻学派以及创业与信息系统学派。最后对每个学派的学术成果进行了说明。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the method of author co-citation analysis to analyze the intellectual structure of improvisational field on the basis of quoted literature in the literatures on improvisation from Web of Knowledge Database since 1997. And it constructs the cross-citation frequency matrix and the Pearson＇s correlation coefficient matrix based on the authors whose literature cited frequencies are top 21 ,and uses the multivari- ate statistical techniques and social network analysis to deal with the matrix. The results show that the knowledge base of improvisational re- search involves three areas, namely organization, strategy and innovation, organizational metaphor, and entrepreneurship and information system. Finally, it explains the research results of each school in detail. |
