Exploration on Management Mechanism of Library Knowledge in Explicitness Process of Tacit Knowledge

Knowledge is an important source of sustained competitive advantage at knowledge economic age, and the knowledge management is crucial to improve the core competitiveness of library. Aiming at the puzzle of knowledge being difficult to manage, the paper studied on the knowledge management mechanism of library in the explicitness process of the tacit knowledge. In the paper, it researched on the attributes of explicit and tacit knowledge, revealed the hidden root of explicit knowledge, discussed the importance of tacit knowledge, and ex- plored the strategy and management mechanism of tacit knowledge. The library management practice shows that strengthening incentive mechanism has play a decisive role effect to promote the knowledge explicitness of tacit knowledge of library.
