摘    要:重构教师评价体系是新时期社会主体和教师客体间价值关系发展的现实要求,是建设一支卓越的工程教育教师队伍的根本保障,遵循师德为本、质量优先、能力优化、公平公正的基本原则,形成4个方面16个维度32个观测点的指标新体系.

Abstract:Reconstructing teacher evaluation system is the actual requirement of the development of value rela- tionship between the social subject and teacher object. It is the basic guarantee of building excellent teaching staff of engineering education. This system will follow those fundamental principles which are teachers' morality orien- ted, quality first, ability preferred, fair and just. And then the new system of index will reform four aspects, six- teen dimensions, thirty-two observation points.
