国防科研院所知识产权管理现状及发展对策

Intellectual Property Management Status and Development Countermeasures Research for Defense Scientific Research Institute

With the rapid development of science and technology innovation, and intellectual property as the rep- resentative of the intangible assets is more and more important for company development. Defense of scientific re- search institutions is an important intellectual property output organization. Improving the management ability and enhance the level of the intangible assets has a very important significance for consolidate national defense and promote economic development. This paper analyzes present situation and problems of intellectual property man- agement for defense scientific research institutes, and provides guidance and recommendations for how to effec- tively management technical secrets, patents, trademarks, brands and other intellectual property rights.
