| Abstract: | Strengthening the ideological and political education of college students ＂double teacher＂ the teacher troop construction is very necessary. Strengthening the team construction, must pay attention to their own learning and strengthen the ideological and political theory course teaching theoretical knowledge. Strengthening education and training is to improve the comprehensive quality of worker of Ideological and political education. Emphasizing the combination of teaching and scientific research is to improve the ideological and political theory teachers work ability. |
