| 摘 要： | 比较优势理论一直是我国所采取的外向型经济发展战略的理论依据。比较优势的动态提升一直是我国经济学界中谈论的热点，本文从阐述动态比较优势的涵义出发，提出了一条利用生产性服务业的发展来带动比较优势的动态提升的道路，并通过分析得出，生产性服务业的发展能在促使要素禀赋结构升级、完善市场机制等方面推动比较优势的动态提升。
