| 摘 要： | 培养应用型金融人才是社会的需求，也是教学型大学人才培养的定位。依据这一定位和金融学专业的发展趋势，在国家规定的教育内容和知识体系框架下，依次将“感性体验”、“模拟实验”、“实训操作”以及“创新实践”四个层次的实践嵌入其中，对在校大学生实施与理论教学全过程契合的分层次、分阶段、分步骤的实践教学，从而形成一种基于“全流程实践嵌入”理念的应用型金融人才培养模式。
